An Introduction to Conflict Resolution Course objectives:
- Describe the different styles people use to deal with conflict.
- Identify your own style of dealing with conflict.
- Identify sources of conflict.
- To understand the dynamics of anger and angry behaviour.
- Gain an understanding of your beliefs about anger, how you feel when you're angry and how you behave when you feel anger.
- Constructively manage your own anger.
- Apply the conflict resolution model to everyday conflict situations.
Workshops are offered in 1, 2 and 3 day modules.
All instructors have a background and experience in areas of addiction, conflict resolution, anger management and motivation, and have applied the very skills they offer in their own lives.
They are all certified in their respective fields.
Who should attend:
Anyone who would like to develop or enhance their communication skills.
Groups and/or schools are also welcome.
